GROWTH CHANNELS
Put every dollar where the next one works hardest.
We plan, buy and run performance media across paid search, paid social, affiliates, partnerships, lifecycle and more, then manage it all as one portfolio. Budget moves to what's driving pipeline and revenue, not to what it went to last year.

The problem
Most growth budgets are set by habit.
Channels are usually run by different people, agencies and tools, each reporting its own success. Budgets carry over from last year. Credit goes to whichever channel touched the buyer last. And nobody can say with confidence what would happen if you moved the next $100k somewhere else.
The result is money spent on channels that look efficient but aren't adding growth, and under-investment in the ones that are.
How we work
One portfolio, not a collection of channels.
StackedGTM was founded by an operator who ran growth at Affirm and Webflow and owned an incremental revenue number across the entire channel mix. We run your channels the same way.
01
We plan the mix as a whole.
Every channel gets a role, a budget and a goal tied to pipeline or revenue.
02
We buy and run the media ourselves.
Our team does the campaign work as well as the strategy.
03
We move money based on evidence.
Budget shifts toward what's adding growth and away from what isn't, on a regular cadence.
Channels we run
Every place your buyers can be reached.
Paid search. Google and Microsoft Ads, including brand, non-brand and competitor campaigns.
Paid social. LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit and X.
AI platform ads. Emerging placements inside AI tools, including ChatGPT ads.
Affiliates and partnerships. Affiliate programs, referral partners, agency and integration partners, and co-marketing.
Creators and sponsorships. Creator partnerships, newsletter and podcast sponsorships.
Review and comparison sites. Paid placements on the sites buyers use to build shortlists.
Programmatic, display and retargeting. Reaching and re-engaging the right accounts across the web.
Account-based programs. Targeted campaigns for the accounts that matter most.
Lifecycle and email. Onboarding, nurture, expansion and win-back.
Conversion. Landing pages, signup and demo flows, and in-product conversion for product-led motions.
Organic search and AI search. In coordination with our AI search team.
Events and webinars. Programs that create pipeline, not attendance numbers.
How we deploy capital
Treat budget like an investment portfolio.
01
Find what's actually incremental.
Some spend creates new demand. Some just takes credit for buyers who would have come anyway. We test to tell the difference.
02
Watch for diminishing returns.
Every channel gets less efficient as you spend more. We find where the next dollar still works and where it's being wasted.
03
Keep a testing budget.
A set share of spend goes to new channels, audiences and offers, so you find the next thing before your current channels saturate.
04
Judge channels on business results.
CAC, payback and pipeline quality, not clicks, impressions or platform-reported conversions.
05
Reallocate on a regular cadence.
Budget moves as results come in, not once a year at planning time.
What we do
The work, end to end.
01
Audit what's running.
We review every channel's spend, performance and contribution to pipeline.
02
Build the plan.
We set the channel mix, budgets, goals and the tests to run first.
03
Launch and run campaigns.
We buy media, build creative and landing pages with your team, and manage campaigns day to day.
04
Improve conversion.
We fix the pages and flows where buyers drop off.
05
Report and reallocate.
We report on business results and move budget based on what we learn.
06
Hand it over.
Your team owns the accounts, the data and the playbooks.
A common mistake
Scaling the channel with the best-looking numbers.
The channel with the lowest cost per conversion in your dashboard is often the one getting credit for demand something else created. Retargeting and brand search are common examples. Scale them, and costs rise while total growth barely moves.
The opposite mistake is just as common: spreading budget across too many channels, so none gets enough to prove whether it works.
We'd rather run fewer channels well, measure what each one actually adds, and scale the ones that earn it.
