What we do

StackedGTM sells two things: brand sponsorships and marketing services. This role builds pipeline for both.

1. Brand sponsorships. Software companies sponsor our newsletter and content to build awareness and reach more than 20,000 operators, plus a large LinkedIn following. We work with a select group of partners on six- and twelve-month terms and turn down one-off placements. Each partnership includes newsletter sponsorship, long-form pieces, original research and LinkedIn content that teach the partner's buyers something they can use.

2. Services. We call this Forward Deployed Marketing. These are fixed-scope engagements where our team works inside a company's marketing org and builds the thing itself. We work across five areas:

  • AI Search, AEO & SEO
  • Messaging & Positioning
  • Growth Channels
  • Marketing Engineering & AI Agents
  • Marketing Measurement

At handover, the in-house team owns a working system.

The two sides feed each other. What we learn inside engagements goes into our content, which is a big part of why the content is worth sponsoring. The audience that content builds is where many of our services clients first hear about us.

Where we are

We became a seven-figure business within months of launching. Sponsors renew. Investors have started bringing us into their portfolio companies for services work. We also run a private community for AI GTM operators.

Pipeline so far has come through our founder, our partnerships team and our content. We are adding dedicated outbound to reach the brands and companies that should already be talking to us.

The role

You find the brands that should be sponsoring us and the companies that should be hiring our team, reach the right person and book a qualified meeting. Our founder and our Head of Brand Partnerships run the calls and close. You stay close to every deal you source, and you get paid when it closes.

Day to day, you will:

  • Build two target lists. For sponsorships, that means brands that sell to GTM teams, are often recently funded and have no established creator program yet. For services, it means marketing leaders and founders with a growth problem we know how to fix.
  • Run outbound. Most of it is on LinkedIn, with email alongside. Every message is specific to the person and gives them a reason to talk now.
  • Use AI tools well. You use them for research, list building, personalization and follow-up, and you know where they make outreach worse.
  • Qualify before you book. A meeting counts when it is with the right person, about a real need, with a path to budget.
  • Report what you hear. You keep the CRM clean and tell us every week what prospects are saying. Their objections and patterns shape our offers and our content.

Your first quarter

Month one is ramp. You learn both offers, sit in on live calls, study the deals we have closed and build your first target lists. Outreach starts once your messaging is sharp.

Month two is about rhythm. You run consistent weekly outbound, and qualified meetings land on the calendar every week.

Month three is when deals you sourced should be in late stage or closed. You will know which segments and messages work, and so will we.

Who does well here

  • LinkedIn is already where you work. You know how profile, posts, comments and DMs fit together, and people reply to you.
  • You use AI tools every day and can show us your actual workflow.
  • You write short, clear messages that sound like a person wrote them.
  • You can hold two different conversations. A sponsorship buyer is thinking about reach, audience fit and brand. A services buyer is thinking about a growth problem and who can fix it. We will teach you both.
  • You are curious about marketing and GTM. Our buyers are CMOs, VPs of Marketing, founders and partnership leads.
  • Outbound experience helps. We care more about evidence that you can start conversations with senior people.
  • You run yourself. This is a remote role on a fast-moving team, and nobody will manage your calendar.

Compensation and structure

  • You get a base salary plus commission on the gross profit of every deal you source, sponsorship or services, with no cap.
  • You get a cash bonus for every qualified meeting held, whether or not it closes.
  • You work toward a weekly activity target and monthly targets for qualified meetings and sourced deals. We share the detail in the first conversation.
  • After ramp, both sides review the numbers and decide what comes next.
  • The role is fully remote.
  • Sponsorships and services engagements are both multi-month commitments, so a single sourced deal matters.

Why now

Both sides of the business are growing, and outbound is how we speed that up. You reach out with a brand behind you: a publication your prospects' peers already read every week. You work directly with the founder and with the people who close the deals you source. We are building the sales function now, and people who join at this stage shape the playbook and the team that follows.
